About our drone technology

We perform our inspections with the most powerful, versatile technology on the market. The refined airframe and propulsion system design gives the pilot a more efficient, stable flight even in the harshest weather conditions.

The Matrice 300 RTK is compatible with the H20T quad sensor equipped with a 640×512 resolution radiometric thermal sensor, hybrid optical zoom and up to 200x max zoom.

The fourth sensor on the H20T is a laser rangefinder with a range of 3-1200m. With this superior technology rest assured no anomalies can hide from IRIS.

1. What are industrial drone inspections used for?

Industrial drone inspections are used to safely capture high-resolution images and thermal data of hard-to-reach equipment like roofs, towers, stacks, and electrical infrastructure—without shutdowns or scaffolding.

2. What types of issues can drone inspections detect?

Drones can detect surface damage, water ingress, corrosion, insulation loss, thermal anomalies, structural defects, and electrical hot spots—all without physical contact.

3. Is drone inspection safe for facilities with active operations?

Yes. Our certified pilots operate drones in active industrial environments using strict safety protocols. Inspections are non-invasive and require no operational downtime.

4. What industries benefit most from drone inspections?

Drone inspections are ideal for power generation, utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing, chemical plants, and large commercial or industrial buildings.

5. Do I need to shut down equipment for a drone inspection?

No. Most inspections can be conducted while your facility is running. Drones are designed for safe, aerial data capture without disruption.

6. What kind of deliverables do you provide after a drone inspection?

You receive high-resolution visual or thermal images, annotated findings, and a full inspection report outlining any areas of concern and recommended actions.

7. How accurate are drone inspections compared to traditional methods?

Drones provide fast, high-resolution data from angles and elevations traditional methods can’t reach—often with more precision and dramatically lower risk.

8. How much does a drone inspection cost?

Costs vary depending on the site size, inspection type (thermal or visual), and required deliverables. Contact us for a tailored quote.
