WHAT ARE INFRARED DRONE INSPECTIONS?

Infrared drone inspections involve the use of unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with infrared cameras to assess structures or areas. These inspections utilize infrared technology to detect temperature variations, which can indicate issues such as energy inefficiencies, water leaks, or faulty electrical connections. By capturing detailed thermal images from the air, infrared drone inspections provide valuable data for identifying problems early on, enhancing maintenance efficiency, and ensuring the safety and integrity of assets.

BENEFITS OF DRONE INSPECTIONS

COST-EFFECTIVE & NON-INVASIVE INSPECTION

Infrared drone inspections provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional methods, eliminating the need for expensive equipment or scaffolding setups. They reduce the risk of damage to structures, accessing hard-to-reach areas without physical contact. This non-invasive approach minimizes downtime and disruption, saving businesses money.

EARLY DETECTION OF ISSUES

Infrared technology detects issues like electrical faults, insulation problems, and moisture intrusion early. Drones capture thermal images, spotting temperature variations for timely intervention. This proactive approach extends asset lifespan and cuts repair costs. for businesses.

COMPREHENSIVE & ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS

Infrared drone inspections offer detailed insights into structure or asset condition. High-resolution thermal imagery enables informed decision-making on maintenance and resource allocation. By pinpointing hidden defects, these inspections enhance operational efficiency and asset reliability.

About our drone technology

We perform our inspections with the most powerful, versatile technology on the market. The refined airframe and propulsion system design gives the pilot a more efficient, stable flight even in the harshest weather conditions.

The Matrice 300 RTK is compatible with the H20T quad sensor equipped with a 640×512 resolution radiometric thermal sensor, hybrid optical zoom and up to 200x max zoom.

The fourth sensor on the H20T is a laser rangefinder with a range of 3-1200m. With this superior technology rest assured no anomalies can hide from IRIS.
